The Gasman BFN was only founded in 2018, but with 20 years’ experience. And is owned by Vernon and Olienka Kruger and managed by Vernon Kruger, a certified domestic gas installer (SAQCC Gas Authorised Practitioner Number 1806 Domestic Certified Installer).
Vernon Kruger worked at Omega Gas Bloemfontein for the past 20years. Where he had the chance to build up his knowledge on any Gas related item. He also had the chance to get certified as a domestic gas installer.
This experience allows us to meet all its clients’ specialized requests and will always strive to use such expertise to meet customer demands. Our philosophy is that all our customers have different needs, applications and service requirements, hence our very individual and ordered approach to customer service. The Gasman BFN will also make every effort to provide clients with the most competitive service and delivery prices. Always expect the best
Yes, although the following conditions apply:
Minimum of 1m from a door or window.
2m from an open drain.
5m from an electrical source i.e. air conditioning unit, pool pump, plug point, switchboard.
3m and a firewall from a thatch roof.
Yes, a 9kg cylinder in a cupboard next to the hob. But not under it. The cupboard must be vented.
·Do I need 1 or 2 gas cylinders?
It depends on what you have installed. One is fine for a stove or hob
Two cylinders are preferable for a Gas water heater or fireplace as you don’t want to run out of gas just as you are taking a shower!
There is no charge for quoting on site for Installation requirements.
Certificate of Compliance. The System will be examined to ensure it is compliant and that none of the hoses have perished. The System will be pressure tested. Should the System not be compliant, a quote to correct it will be given.
Installations are based on the requirements of the customer and are quoted for individually.
